Marcia was my Mother's dear friend for over 50 years, and as a result, I was blessed to have Marcia in my life as my first baby sitter, as a 2nd Mom/dear Auntie figure, a role model (I became a teacher.), a mentor, and as my friend, too, as I became an adult. Marcia's compassion, empathy, intelligence, generosity, insightfulness, sense of humor, and kindness made my life and the world a better place. Thank you, Marcia, so very, very much for everything and for all the wonderful memories. Love, Your Beffer-doodles

My sympathies to Marcia Knoll's family. I worked with her as a teacher at St. Vivian's School. I was very young and a new teacher. Without her help, I would have listened to the advice for new teachers. Don't smile until after Christmas etc.
Marcia helped me to be comfortable with my classes. I will never forget her telling me to" love all of my students as if they were my children". She was a lovely lady and an inspiration to many.
