Marsia, deepest sympathy on Toms passing. I just came back from funeral and realized I had not left a memory. I grew up with Tom in the Biscayne/ Lakewood neighborhood. Tom was probably one of my best friends in 1864-1966. And even though you lived near us fir a time, we were not that close as adults, which I guess happens a lot with childhood friends. So I was glad we got to reconnect at the neiborhood reunion a few years ago.. Again, very sorry to hear of your loss.

Mr. Kotte was a good man and I will fondly remember all the times he shared advice, jokes, and wisdom with teenaged Aaron and friends like me while he was seated at the kitchen table and we watched movies or played video games. Quick to crack a joke, share a wry smile, and dispense with formalities, his tenderness and humor he passed on to his children and the continuation of these admirable qualities in them are a fitting legacy for such a selfless and wonderful man. My condolences.

My family and I are thinking about you all at this time. We loved visiting and hearing all the stories about Uncle Tom had in his arsenal! We were so sad to hear of his passing, as he was a fighter and GREAT community figure for so long. Green Township and many many others were so lucky to have known and served with him. God Bless

Marisa, I am going to miss Tom very much. He was my little brother who always kept the info on the rest of the Kotte and Dwertman families no matter whatever it involved. He loved being part of the fire department always. Even when we were young he had that Plectron in our bedroom
waiting for it to go off so he could respond to an emergency. I love him and he'll always be remembered by me.

Marsia - I can't find the words to express my sorrow on the loss of your beloved Tom. He was a good friend, a caring father and husband. The world is a better place because of him and will be forever changed by his time among us. Praying for you and the family that warm memories and time will lessen the pain. With love and sympathy, Janet and Bruce

Marisa and family,
Your husband and father was a great inspiration to me.
I am honored to claim him as my friend.
All the memories that I hold close to my heart from the very first time we met at OLV.
Everytime Tom spoke, it was words of wisdom.
He always spoke with a positive vib.
My heart breaks for you.
My brother passed with ALS, so I suppose that we have something in common and that something is that we both lost a special and loved person and an inspiration to all.
May god shine down on you and your family.
God speed Tom.

Tom was committed to the Township and it's citizens. He served with distinction and honor. He was funny, quick with a quip or two. I got to know him better as a union member and then client. Rest Brother Tom, well take it from here.

Mrs. Kotte and Kotte family -- our condolences and prayers on the passing of the one and only, Mr. K. I will always cherish the vacation memories, drives to Kings Island, OU (and the pop trivia quizzes he would ask) and just hanging out at Milverton Ct.. He was one of a kind and we are truly blessed to have had him in our lives. God bless.
