Don R. West, beloved husband of Marlene West (nee Toepfer). Loving father of Gary (Barb), Terry (Lisa) West and Shari (the late Steve) Etris. Devoted grandfather of Jameson, Tami, Jamie Le, Nicole (Jeff) Caudill, Tara, Cameron and Marisa. Also survived by one great grandchild, Axel Caudill. Brother of the late Jeanette Leisgang, Grace Stefke, Hazel Rothan, Earl and Robert West. Survived by many nieces, nephews and friends. Passed away peacefully on Tuesday, August 14, 2018 at 82 years of age. Don was the co-founder and former Vice President of West Side Paving and Excavating. Visitation at MEYER FUNERAL HOME, 5864 Bridgetown Road, on FRIDAY, August 24, 2018, from 4:00PM until time of Masonic Service at 8:00PM. Christian Funeral Service at Pilgrim United Church of Christ, 4418 Bridgetown Road on SATURDAY, August 25, 2018, at 10:00AM. Followed by internment at Bridgetown Cemetery with military honors.
