VENNEMEYER, Mary Ann C. Beloved daughter of the late Herman and Mary Vennemeyer. Devoted sister of the late Joseph (Janet) Vennemeyer. Dear aunt of Juli Fleming, Teri Lynch, Eric and Steve (Jenny) Vennemeyer. Also survived by many great nieces, great nephews, other family and friends. She led the Rosary prayers every morning at St. Jude, she also loved Reds baseball, playing cards, gardening, swim club, and was a big supporter of education. Retired OBES Employee and was very active in the community. Mary Ann retired State Employment Manager in 1985. She worked 36 years for the Ohio Bureau of Employment Services in both Claims and Employment Division. She advanced from the Unemployment to the Employment Division. From 1972 to 1975 she was the Manpower Training Representative to Employment Manager. She was Treasurer of the International Association of Personnel in Employment Security from 1969 to 1985. After retirement she volunteered at Clifton Care Center, St. Bonaventure Soup Kitchen and tutored at North Fairmount Community Center. Passed away on Sunday, January 21, 2018 at 87 years of age. Visitation on SATURDAY at St. Jude Church from 9:30 AM until time of Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 AM. Memorials may be made to St. Jude Endowment Fund, 5924 Bridgetown Rd., Cincinnati, OH 45248.
